Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and Dream Prayer Developer, who makes Travary ("Travary", "we", "us"), for using the Travary app. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.
Travary organises the information you give it. Your airline, hotel and other providers' own confirmations, tickets and announcements are what count. Smart Import, flight details from an airline's schedule, live flight status and passport reminders are there to help, but they can be incomplete, late or wrong. Always check dates, times, gates, terminals and entry requirements with your provider and the authorities before you travel. We aren't responsible for a missed flight, booking or entry that results from relying on the app.
1. Using Travary
By downloading or using Travary you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. You can use Travary as a guest, or sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your phone and that account secure: anything done from them is treated as done by you. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
2. Your content
Your trips, bookings, checklists, tickets and travel documents stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run Travary for you: syncing them, reading files you choose to import, and showing them to the people you share a trip with. Make sure you're allowed to add and share what you put in the app, including other people's details on a family booking.
3. Sharing a trip
When you invite people to a trip, they can see and change its bookings, checklist and tickets. Only invite people you trust. A trip's organiser can remove people; anyone can leave. Up to 6 people can share a trip.
4. The Annual Pass and the Holiday Pass
Travary is free to use for your own bookings, tickets and travel documents, and these are never locked. Some extras, such as family sharing, flight alerts, Smart Import beyond the 2 free uses and more than 2 ticket files on a holiday, need the Annual Pass or a Holiday Pass. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency, and may change for future purchases.
- The Annual Pass is a yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm. It renews automatically for another year at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current year. You can manage or cancel it in your store account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal, and the Annual Pass stays on until the end of the year you've paid for.
- A Holiday Pass is a one-off purchase for one holiday of up to 30 days. It unlocks the pass features on that holiday until 7 days after it ends. If that holiday grows (for example, you add the flight home), the pass grows with it, up to 30 days. It doesn't move to another trip or another holiday if a trip's dates or destination are changed.
- A pass travels with the trip: while a trip is covered by its organiser's Annual Pass or Holiday Pass, everyone on it can use the pass features on that trip.
- There is no free trial.
- Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refunds are handled by them, under their policies; we can't issue refunds ourselves. Nothing in these terms takes away refund or cancellation rights you have by law.
5. Fair use
Smart Import, automatic trip looks and flight lookups have daily limits per account so the service stays fast and affordable for everyone. Please don't:
- use Travary for anything unlawful, or to upload content you don't have the right to share;
- try to get around limits, purchases or security, or access other people's trips;
- copy, resell, reverse engineer or overload the app or its services, except where the law allows it.
We may limit or suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules, and will tell you why where we can.
6. The app and other services
We work to keep Travary available and your data safe, but we can't promise the app will always be available, error-free or have every feature, and we may change or remove features. Some features rely on other companies' services (such as Google, Apple, RevenueCat and flight data providers), whose availability we don't control. Artwork and the Travary name and design are ours or licensed to us; you can use them only within the app.
7. App Store terms
If you downloaded Travary from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app. Where it conflicts with these terms about your licence to use the app, Apple's agreement applies. Apple isn't responsible for Travary or for supporting it; we are.
8. Liability
Travary is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for travel costs or missed travel resulting from relying on the app (see "Please always check your bookings" above), and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.
9. Ending
You can stop using Travary at any time and delete your account in the app (see Delete your data). Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription; cancel it in your store account. If we ever close Travary, we'll give you reasonable notice first.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you in the app before significant changes take effect. If you keep using Travary after that, the new terms apply.
11. Contact
Travary is made by Dream Prayer Developer. Questions about these terms? Email [email protected].
