Delete your Travary data
You can delete your Travary account and data at any time, in the app or by asking us.
In the app (signed in with Apple or Google)
- Open Travary and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. If you signed in with Apple, you may be asked to sign in once more.
It happens straight away and can't be undone.
Using Travary as a guest
A guest account has no name or email. To remove your data:
- Open each trip, tap Trip details, then Delete trip. This deletes its bookings, checklist and ticket files. For a trip someone else shared with you, tap Leave trip.
- Delete any travel documents in Profile, Travel documents (they're only on your phone).
- Delete the app to remove everything left on your phone.
What remains is an anonymous identifier with usage counts (such as how many Smart Imports were used), which can't be linked to you.
By email
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Travary account", from the email address you use with Apple or Google sign-in (or tell us which it is). We'll confirm it's you, delete your account within 30 days and let you know when it's done.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details (name and email).
- Trips only you are on, with their bookings, checklists, invites and backed-up ticket files.
- Your place on any trip you share, and your name on it.
- Your purchase records and usage counts on our servers.
What is kept
- Trips you share with others stay with them, including bookings you added, because they belong to everyone on the trip. If you organised a shared trip, it's handed on to someone else on it.
- Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, which they keep under their own policies and the law.
- Server logs, which contain no booking contents and expire within 30 days.
Travel documents are never on our servers, so they're only ever on your phone: deleting the app removes them.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel the Annual Pass. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions first, so you're not charged again. See Support for how.
